Do you want to help, but can't right now? Consider including a legacy gift or bequest to Primavera in your will or living trust.
A bequest is a gift from your estate – a transfer of cash, securities or other property. You can make a bequest to Primavera by including language in your will or living trust, leaving a portion of your estate to Primavera or designating Primavera as a beneficiary of your retirement account or life insurance policy.
Remembering Primavera with a bequest from your estate will help sustain and strengthen Primavera for years to come.
Types of bequests include:
- specific - a certain amount of cash, securities, or property
- general - property that is similar to all other items distributed, generally cash
- percentage - a stated percentage of your estate
- residual - all or a portion of what remains of your estate after specific and general bequests are distributed
