AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING

Primavera is committed to providing solutions for affordable housing options to individuals and families. Building upon the first stepping-stone toward self-sufficiency, eager participants transition into a stable existence that ensures fair access to safe, affordable housing. Ten (10) multi-family permanent rental properties with 129 units are owned and managed, supporting the foundation that participants need to achieve maximum potential.

DOWNTOWN AREA
Catalina House

(520) 390-9379  -  Furnished rooms with shared bathrooms and common areas. Rent is $500 with a $300 security deposit. Located in the downtown area within close proximity to public transportation and shopping. Current amenities include off-street parking at no additional charge and on-site laundry facilities. Units are centrally air-conditioned and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. Applicants must income qualify at 80% or below AMI. This is a drug-free environment with support services available by request.

SOUTH OF DOWNTOWN AREA
Alamo Apartments

(520) 882-5383 x119  -  Furnished, efficiency apartments. Rents vary from $265 to $375 a month with a $225 deposit. Utilities are included. Applicants must income qualify at 80% or below AMI. This is a drug and alcohol-free environment with support services available by request.

Five Points

(520) 882-5383 x119  -  Furnished, private rooms. Rent is $380 with a $225 security deposit. Utilities and WiFi are included. Applicants must income qualify at 80% or below AMI. Resident shares a bathroom with one other person with a common kitchen, and dining/living room areas. Support services are available by request.

Las Abuelitas Family Housing & Community Center

(520) 882-5383  x160  -  Unfurnished, two- and three-bedroom with 1 ¾ bath apartments. Rents vary from $562 to $842 per month with a $500 security deposit. Applicants must income qualify. Energy-efficient units include a washer and dryer and walled patio. Features a community center with computer lab, solar covered parking, community garden, playground, and basketball court on site.

UNIVERSITY AREA
Women in Transition (WIT)

(520) 882-5383  x119  -  For unaccompanied women. Furnished rooms with shared bathrooms and common areas. Rent is $275 per month with a security deposit is $225. Utilities are included. Applicants must income qualify. A drug and alcohol-free environment; and a community atmosphere with support services available by request.

REID PARK AREA
Winstel Terrace Apartments

(520) 747-7751  -  Furnished, junior one-bedroom apartments. Rent is $415 per month with a $225 security deposit. Utilities are included. Applicants must income qualify at 80% or below AMI. This is a drug and alcohol-free environment with support services available by request.  

Las Casitas Apartments

(520) 747-7751  -  Unfurnished, 2-bedroom with 1 ¾ bath apartments. Rent is $475 per month with a $300 security deposit. Applicants must income qualify. Each unit includes a fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer hook-up, and walled patio.
