Security – Primavera provides a variety of financial education and asset-building services, including incentive-based savings plans as it partners with individuals and families seeking long term financial empowerment.
Foreclosure Intervention
Foreclosure prevention helps people who are at-risk of foreclosure or currently in foreclosure.
Foreclosure program has two steps.
- Attend a Foreclosure Education class
One-on-one counseling is available only after you have completed all the required classes.
- Meet one-on-one with a foreclosure counselor
When you attend a foreclosure meeting, your counselor will need to review a variety of financial documents to best assess your situation.
Eligibility
There are no requirements to attend the classes.
- Our foreclosure classes are FREE and open to the public.
- There are English and Spanish classes available.
