Security –Primavera provides a variety of financial education and asset-building services, including incentive-based savings plans as it partners with individuals and families seeking long term financial empowerment.

Her Family

Her Family program is a special program for women and daughters to learn all about building a healthy financial future. Plus, it pays to participate—Primavera is providing money for you and your daughter just for participating in classes.

Mothers

Work with a counselor one-on-one to create an action plan that will get your credit in shape.
Prepare a family budget.
Open a savings account and begin saving for your future
Be a part of Primavera’s other financial empowerment programs, like:
- Home Buyer Program
- Individual Development Account
- Credit Counseling
- Post Purchase Services (Foreclosure Prevention)

Mothers, we’ll give you:

$100 to kick-off your savings account!
$10 grocery gift card every time you attend a one-on-one financial counseling session!

Daughters

Participate in family budgeting.
Attend classes, but also attend one-on-one sessions that your mom attends.
Open a savings account and begin saving for your future!

Daughters, we’ll give you:

$50 to start your first savings account!

Eligibility

This class is geared towards women with their daughters. You are eligible for the class if you are a mom with a daughter or daughters between the ages of 6 and 17.

Participate in Her Family

For your orientation class you will be asked to provide the following documentation:

Intake form (click here to download the customer intake form)
Photo ID
Social security card
One month proof of income (pay stubs, SSI, SSD or pension award letters, etc.)
1 month bank statement (checking, savings accounts, etc.)
$20 to gather a complete credit report, or $35 per couple. You do not have to pay this fee if you bring a copy of a credit report that has been done in the past three months
