All of Primavera's housing programs provide clean and sober living spaces for those who are ready to make the first step to integrate back into employment and a stable living environment. 

Winstel Affordable Housing

This program offers junior one-bedroom apartments for single adults or couples who are working or income eligible.

Las Casitas Apartments

Las Casitas Apartments is Primavera’s twelve unit affordable housing facility for income-qualified families. The two bedroom two bath units serve families with children. Case management is offered as a program component.

Five Points Transitional Housing

Five Points is a six month to two year transitional housing program for motivated men and women who are working at least 25 hours a week. Several support groups and educational opportunities are offered, and each resident must participate in case management. Housing consists of common kitchen and living room areas with private bedrooms and a bathroom shared between two rooms. Rent is based on income and there is a monthly fee to cover program costs.

Women in Transition

Women In Transition is a transitional housing program for single females without dependents who are employed or employment-bound.  Women live in a large boarding house with community kitchen and dining areas. Goals include permanent housing, full-time employment, counseling and budgeting.

Casa Paloma Women's Program

Casa Paloma helps unaccompanied homeless women. The program includes a drop-in center for women only and transitional housing for up to nine women. This is a flexible program designed to address the needs of special populations, such as older women, those not immediately employable, and others who might fall between the cracks of existing programs. Services include case management, referrals, and group meetings.

Alamo Apartments

The Alamo is designed to assist very low-income men work toward greater independence. Residents in this drug-free/alcohol-free transitional housing program must have income to cover their rent and are responsible for their own meals. Case management and other services are available by referral.

Catalina House

Catalina House is a communal setting for homeless men in transition who are employed full-time or are enrolled in Jackson Employment Center.  A case manager works with residents to save money for permanent housing, find sustainable full-time employment and obtain job training.

Transitional Housing for the Disabled (THD)

THD are scattered site apartments open to homeless and low-income adults and families diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI) or a physical disability.  A case manager works with the residents on a plan which includes permanent housing, completion of applications of benefits, and establishing a support system. 

CASA

CASA provides scattered site apartments for single parents for up to two years. The participants must be TANF eligible. This transitional housing program helps parents appropriate job training and employment.  Participants receive rental subsidy from Primavera while working with case managers on long-term goals such as finding permanent housing and budgeting. Contributing to a savings plan is required.

CASA II

CASA II scattered site apartments are open to homeless families.  CASA II addresses the needs of homeless families who work full-time.  The program includes rental subsidy, as well as subsidy for furniture and counseling. Permanent housing, job training, and budgeting and savings are some of the long-term goals residents work on while in the program.  Contributing to a savings plan is required. 

Bridges

The Bridges program provides scattered site apartments to families. Like CASA II, the Bridges program addresses the needs of people who are working full-time. Savings and debt reduction, job training and permanent housing are goals for the Bridges program.
