The Primavera Foundation promotes economic and social justice while working to build a future in which all people are assured basic human rights, a livable income, and safe, affordable housing.

The Foundation does this through community education and advocacy while providing a continuum of services that address homelessness and poverty.

Primavera Foundation has a privacy policy that has been approved by its Board of Directors. This policy follows all federal, state, and local privacy regulations that are applicable to this agency. Client information regarding substance abuse, physical and mental health, HIV, and domestic violence shall not be shared without your specific additional authorization for the release of this information.

Personal information that we collect is important to run our programs, to improve services for homeless persons, and to better understand the needs of homeless persons. We only collect information that we consider to be appropriate. Primavera's complete privacy policy is available upon request.

This policy may be amended at any time and the amendments may affect information obtained before the date of change. Advance notice of change will be posted and consideration given to public comments and prospective application of changes. All amendments to the privacy notice must be consistent with the requirements of these privacy standards.
